About digital images:

Digital images are perfect for prints to share or for creating your own stunning 12 month calendar!

Digital Negatives are like having a film negative of your print. Digital Negatives are high resolution, jpg files with a personal use license for printing up to your ordered size.

Digital Negatives are like having a film negative of your print. You can store it for safe keeping and print as many as you want for personal use.

Any purchased prints may not be scanned, saved or used electronically, so digital images are best if you will want to use or save your images electronically.

Copyright

All images are property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law. It is illegal (stealing) to scan or copy (even from home) an image without express permission from the photographer in the form of a specific license.

The photographer always retains copyright of images and never under any circumstance gives that up, but with the purchase of a digital negative, the photographer will give a personal use license for images from your session.

In order to scan, copy, print, or in any other way reproduce any image from your professional portrait session, you will need to purchase a digital negative with a personal use license. Anything else, just plain and simply put, is theft and is punishable by law.

This is why we have the perfect solution for you – Digital Negatives with a personal use license, allowing us compensation and you the ability to print and copy your images and share them with your family and friends. It not only enables you to safely keep your digital negative (imagine losing all your prints in a fire) in more than one location, but the digital image negatives may be used to prints up to your ordered size per your order.

Digital images are great for prints, christmas cards, calendars, family newsletters, scrapbooking, invitations, announcements, and personal blogs. Many clients prefer digital images as a more affordable way to share prints with family and friends.
