Welcome!
Thank you so much for considering us for a lifestyle portrait session. Life is so precious…and so are those we love. There is no better way to say that than with a portrait.
When it is all said and done, at the end of the day, the most important thing in life are the relationships we have with those we love. It’s not the cars we drive, the houses where we live, the clothes we wear or the jewelry we have…it’s our family. Portraits are a timeless keepsake of the love you share and will always bring a smile to your heart.
The images that we capture will be the ones that will not only make beautiful art for your wall but will be the images that your family will treasure for generations, the images that will captivate the hearts and the soul.
We are available on a limited basis and only schedule a limited number of sessions each month. We would love to meet and capture each and every one of you, but our schedule will just not allow it. It is best to try and book in advance if you can. Below is our portrait price list. Please contact us if you need an event or commercial price list.

Prints and digital images sold separately. After your session, prints or digital images may be purchased in a portrait collection or a la carte.

Portrait Collections
Our collections are designed to give you a beautiful and timeless wall portrait for your home. We feel that strongly about large, family wall art. It will completely change your home. Once upon a time, I wondered what in the world I would do with a “huge” 10×13 that came in a portrait collection from a local department store. Now, I have a 37×28 canvas of an image that I took of my family on the wall in my very modest-sized home. It is beautiful. Everyone who walks in our door loves it. It has breathed a life into our home giving it a homey elegance that completely changed it. If you have 5x7s and 8x10s on your wall now, you will have to trust me on this. You will not believe the difference. You will never go back to small prints on your wall.
The other item we include in our collections are digital image files. We want you to be able to back up your priceless portraits of your family in as many locations as you like. Plus, it also enables you to print as many as you like for family and friends. Beautiful portraits are meant to be shared. And shared a lot.

Digital Negatives, Copyright and Your Portrait Session
We feel that every person should have a copy of their images in digital format. It is an insurance policy in that you can have your prints from every session with us in your home, plus you can also make a copy and leave in another location, or you may even store it away in a safe location online. Should a disaster strike, your images will be safe because you will be able to safely store them wherever you like and as many places as you like. After life itself, pictures from the past are the one thing that we can never rebuild should a disaster strike. That is why our collections are designed around digital images.
Another thing that some may not realize it, but it is illegal (stealing) to scan or copy (even from home) an image without express permission from the photographer in the form of a specific license. All images are property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law.The photographer of an image always retains copyright of the image and never under any circumstance gives that up, but with the purchase of a digital negative, the photographer will give a personal use license for images from your session. In order to scan, copy, print, or in any other way reproduce any image from your professional portrait session, you will need to purchase a digital negative with a personal use license. Anything else, just plain and simply put, is theft and is punishable by law. It puts small business owners out of business. Our prices are designed with print sales in mind. We work hard to give you the best portraits possible and to steal is not only illegal, but it is taking money from the way we spend our time to support our families.
This is why we have the perfect solution for you – Digital Negatives with a personal use license, allowing us compensation and you the ability to print and copy your images and share them with your family and friends. It not only enables you to safely keep your digital negative (imagine losing all your prints in a fire) in more than one location, but the fully processed and professionally touched up digital negatives may be used for for…desk prints and gift prints (5×7 and smaller), christmas cards, family newsletters, scrapbooking, invitations, announcements, and personal blogs. Prints larger than 5×7 must be ordered from the photographer to ensure the highest quality print. Many purchase these as a more affordable way to share prints with family and friends.
Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors.
